The Nick Cannon Show was a fun American comedy TV series. It was a spin-off from the popular show All That. The show aired on Nickelodeon's SNICK block. It ran from January 12, 2002, to February 22, 2003. Other shows like All That and The Amanda Show were also on SNICK at the time.

The main idea of the show was simple. Nick Cannon, who used to be on All That, would find a situation he thought needed a change. Then, he would "take over" to make things better or funnier. At the end of each episode, Nick would write "Nick Cannon Was Here" on something from that day's adventure. This was a funny running joke. The show has not been shown on Nickelodeon or its other channels since it ended.

The show had two seasons. After some changes behind the scenes in the second season, the show's ratings went down. Ratings show how many people are watching a TV show. Because of lower ratings, the show was canceled in February 2003. Later, on November 11, 2013, you could buy parts of The Nick Cannon Show on iTunes. These included 19 episodes.

Many famous people appeared on the show as guest stars. Some of these included Usher, Mary J. Blige, Britney Spears, Eddie Murphy, and Will Smith. Other stars like Willy Santos, Lil' Romeo, Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell, and the girl group 3LW also made appearances. Even though it was a spin-off of All That, Dan Schneider, who worked a lot on All That, was not involved with The Nick Cannon Show.
