Kel Mitchell started his acting adventure when he was just 15 years old! He joined his friend Kenan Thompson on the Nickelodeon comedy show All That, which ran from 1994 to 1999. Their funny skits on All That were a big hit.

After All That, Kel and Kenan got their own show called Kenan & Kel, which aired from 1996 to 2000. They also starred in the 1997 movie Good Burger, which was super popular and came from one of Kel's characters on All That. The duo even appeared together in episodes of other shows like Sister, Sister, The Steve Harvey Show, Cousin Skeeter, and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.

Besides working with Kenan, Kel also used his voice for the friendly dog T-Bone in the children's cartoon series Clifford the Big Red Dog from 2000 to 2003. He also appeared in a music video for Kanye West called "All Falls Down" in 2004.

From 2015 to 2019, Kel was a main cast member on the Nickelodeon sitcom Game Shakers. He played Double G, a famous rap superstar who was also a business partner in the Game Shakers company.

In 2015, Kel made a special appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in a skit where he played Ed from Good Burger again! It was a fun surprise for fans. He also reunited with Kenan Thompson on an episode of the game show Double Dare in 2018. Kel hosted a TV series called Tails of Valor, which shared amazing true stories about service animals and how they help people. In 2019, Kel also showed off his dance moves as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, where he finished in second place! Since 2020, he has been a panelist on MTV's show Deliciousness.
