Malcolm Jamaal Davis (born April 12, 1992), known as MadeinTYO (pronounced "Made in Tokyo"), is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He became famous for his 2016 song "Uber Everywhere." This song reached number 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 music chart. A remixed version of the song featured Travis Scott. It was the first song from his first mixtape, You Are Forgiven (2016). His first studio album, Sincerely, Tokyo (2018), reached number 98 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Malcolm Jamaal Davis was born on April 12, 1992, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Because his family was in the military, he moved a lot when he was young. He lived in places like Hawaii, California, Texas, New York, and Virginia. He spent his teenage years in Tokyo, Japan.

Davis started writing music after seeing his cousin make music in Washington, D.C.. After a trip from Tokyo, he moved to Atlanta with his older brother, 24hrs.
