Timothy Chad Hutchinson (born March 4, 1974) is an attorney from Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is a member of the Republican Party. He used to be a representative for District 95 in Benton County in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He was first elected in 2004. His father, Tim Hutchinson, was a U.S. Senator.

Chad Hutchinson was born on March 4, 1974, in Kansas City, Kansas. He went to Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and graduated in 1996. Later, in 1999, he earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
Before becoming a state representative, Chad worked as a deputy prosecutor. This means he helped the government in court cases in Benton and Sebastian counties. Today, he is a partner at a law firm in Fayetteville. He helps people and businesses with different types of legal issues, like business disagreements and property law. He also taught law classes at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
His Time in Politics
Chad Hutchinson began his political career in 2004. He won his first election for the Arkansas House of Representatives. From 2005 to 2006, he served in the House alongside his twin brother, Jeremy Hutchinson. His brother represented a different area, District 31. Later, his brother was elected to the Arkansas State Senate.
From 2007 to 2010, Chad also served with his mother, Donna Hutchinson. She was the first wife of former Senator Tim Hutchinson. Donna Hutchinson was also a representative from Benton County. She was first elected in 2006.
Chad's family has many people involved in politics. His uncle, Asa Hutchinson, has also served in government. Another uncle by marriage is Kim Hendren. Kim Hendren was a state senator from Gravette. He later became a representative for District 92 in the Arkansas House.
