Tramell Tillman (born June 17, 1985) is an American actor. He is well-known for his role as Seth Milchick in the TV series Severance. This show is available on Apple TV+. In 2025, he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for his work on Severance. This was for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.

About Tramell Tillman's Early Life and School
Tramell Tillman was born in Washington, D.C. in June 1985. He grew up in Largo, Maryland, with five older brothers and sisters. His mother worked for the U.S. government, and his father worked for Amtrak.
In 2003, he finished high school at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. He then went to Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans. He first planned to become a surgeon.
After Hurricane Katrina in 2005, his parents asked him to move to Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi. There, he changed his main subject. He graduated in 2008 with a degree in mass communication.
Later, in 2014, he earned a special degree in acting from the University of Tennessee. He was the first African-American man to complete this program.
Tramell Tillman's Acting Career
Tillman has always loved acting. He says his mother helped him start. When he was 10, she needed someone to play her character's son in a church Christmas play. This was his first acting role.
Before becoming a full-time actor, Tillman worked for over ten years in non-profit organizations. He used his experiences from these jobs to help him play Seth Milchick in the TV series Severance.
He described his character, Milchick, as a mix of people he had worked with. This includes former co-workers and bosses.
