Yury Travon Walker (pronounced TREY-von) was born on December 18, 2000. He is an American professional football player. Travon plays as a defensive end for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the National Football League (NFL). Before joining the NFL, he played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs. He helped his team win the National Championship in 2022. The Jaguars then chose him as the very first player in the 2022 NFL draft.

Early Life and High School Football
Travon Walker was born in Thomaston, Georgia. He went to Upson-Lee High School there. Travon was a talented football player in high school. He was even chosen to play in the 2019 All-American Bowl. After high school, he decided to play college football for the Georgia Bulldogs. This team is part of the University of Georgia.
College Football Career
Travon Walker started playing for the Georgia Bulldogs in 2019. As a freshman, he played in 12 games. He made 15 tackles and had 2.5 sacks. A sack is when a defensive player tackles the opposing team's quarterback.
In 2020, during his second year, he played in nine games. He had 13 tackles, one sack, and one interception. An interception is when a defensive player catches a pass meant for an offensive player.
