Treasure MathStorm! is an exciting computer game. It helps kids aged 5 to 9 learn how to solve math problems. This game is a follow-up to Treasure Mountain!. It's the sixth game in The Learning Company's fun "Super Seekers" series. It's also the second game in their "Treasure" collection.

Your main goal in Treasure MathStorm! is to find all the hidden treasures. You need to bring them back to the treasure chest. This chest is inside a castle at the very top of a mountain. The game runs smoothly and has cool graphics. The basic way you play is much like the first game. In 1994, a better version came out on CD-ROM. This new version worked well with Windows computers.

Discovering Treasure Mountain

The game happens in a magical place called Treasure Mountain. When the game begins, a character named the Master of Mischief appears. He is often the bad guy in the "Super Seekers" games. He uses a special weather machine. This machine freezes the whole mountain with snow and ice. He also scatters the castle's treasures everywhere.

You play as the Super Seeker. Your job is to find all the lost treasures. You must return them to the castle's treasure chest. Doing this will help melt the snow and ice on the mountain.

Climbing the Mountain

The mountain has three different levels. You cannot climb higher until you collect certain items. These items help you get up the mountain. They include things like ice axes, ladders, or parts for a catapult.

To get these useful items, you must help the people who live on the mountain. They will give you tasks that involve math. For example, you might need to set clocks to a certain time. You could also balance scales or count shiny crystals.

Finding Hidden Treasures

To find treasures, you need to place a certain number of snowballs. You must put them in a specific spot. To learn how many snowballs are needed, you have to catch an elf. The elf will be carrying a scroll. If you answer the riddle on the scroll correctly, the elf will tell you. They will explain how to find treasures on that level.

Reaching the Castle

Once you reach the castle at the top, you put all your found treasures into the chest. As a reward for finishing all three levels, you get a prize! This prize is kept in your own clubhouse. It shows how many times you have climbed the mountain. These prizes are usually fun toys, like flutes or toy trains.

From your clubhouse, you can leave and start climbing the mountain again. As you get better, the game becomes harder. There will be more treasures to find. The riddles will be tougher to solve. Watch out for snowbullies too, as they might try to steal your money!
