Tremain Ferrell Mack (born November 21, 1974), also known as "T-Mack", is a former American football player. He played as a safety and a return specialist. Tremain played four seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals in the National Football League (NFL).
He played college football for the Miami Hurricanes. The Bengals chose him in the fourth round of the 1997 NFL draft. In 1998, he was second in the American Football Conference (AFC) for kick return yards. He gained 1,165 yards on 45 kickoff returns. He was later picked for the 2000 Pro Bowl in 1999.
Mack retired as the Bengals' all-time leader in kick return yards. He had a total of 3,583 yards. Today, Mack is the head coach for the Mount Rainier High School Rams football team.

Growing Up and High School
Tremain Mack was born in Tyler, Texas. He went to Chapel Hill High School there. After graduating, he was even chosen by the Kansas City Royals to play baseball.
From 1993 to 1996, he attended the University of Miami. There, he was a talented athlete. He played football, baseball, and was also on the track team.
Playing Professional Football
Joining the NFL
The Cincinnati Bengals picked Tremain Mack in the 1997 NFL draft. He was the 111th player chosen overall. He played for the Bengals for four seasons. In his first year, he started four games. He also made one interception.
Becoming a Star Returner
In his second season, Mack became the team's main return specialist. He gained 1,165 return yards that year. In 1999, he had his best year for return yards. He recorded 1,382 yards. This amazing performance earned him a trip to the Pro Bowl. His teammate, Corey Dillon, also went to the Pro Bowl that year. In 2000, Mack had 1,036 return yards. This was his last season in the NFL.
Playing in Other Leagues
After three years away from football, Mack played for the Louisville Fire. This team was part of the af2 league. He played there for one season. After that, he spent two seasons with the San Jose Sabercats. This team was in the Arena Football League (AFL). He even set a new AFL rookie record. He won the Defensive Player of the Week award multiple times in a row.
Coaching Career
After his playing career, Tremain Mack became a coach. He is currently the head coach for the Mount Rainier High School Rams.
