Twila True's Career Journey
Twila True has had an interesting career. She used to be the CEO of Synthane Taylor, a company that made parts for electronics. She lived in Hong Kong and China with her husband, Alan. There, they ran a company called True Innovations, which designed and made office furniture. This company was later bought by another large company.
After returning to the United States in 2012, Twila and her husband started a new company together called True Family Enterprises. In October 2018, Twila True also made a special deal with a company called MonarchFx through her Twila True Collaborations group. She also showed her own jewelry designs at New York Fashion Week in 2018.

1500 Sound Academy: A Music School
In 2018, Twila True co-founded the 1500 Sound Academy. This is a music school located in Inglewood, California. She started it with famous musicians James Fauntleroy and Larrance "Rance" Dopson.
The academy has made many important partnerships. In May 2019, Roland, a company known for musical instruments, teamed up with the academy. In March 2021, the academy partnered with Yellowbrick to offer online music programs. In June 2021, Arizona State University also joined forces with the academy. They started a joint online music program called Professional Certificate in Music Production. In November 2021, Fender, a famous guitar company, announced a partnership to provide scholarships for students.
In March 2022, the 1500 Sound Academy announced that it would open a new campus in Taipei, Taiwan.
