Tyler Reddick started racing when he was just four years old! He began with small, fast vehicles called Outlaw Karts. Soon, he was racing in many different types of cars, like mini sprints, midgets, and powerful dirt late models and sprint cars. He quickly became known for being very talented.

Tyler was the youngest driver to earn the top starting spot (pole position) at the Eldora Speedway World 100 race. He was also the youngest winner at the East Bay Winter Nationals and in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. He even became the youngest driver to qualify for a main race in the exciting World of Outlaws sprint car series. In 2012, Tyler first raced in the ARCA Racing Series. That same year, he won his very first race in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East at Rockingham Speedway.

Later in 2013, Tyler signed with Brad Keselowski Racing. He planned to race in sixteen events in 2014 and then a full season in 2015.

On February 20, 2015, Tyler earned his very first Truck Series win at Daytona. He won again at Dover on May 29. Tyler even led the points for a while that summer! He finished an impressive second place in the championship standings during his first full year. In 2016, Tyler continued with Brad Keselowski Racing, driving the No. 29 truck. He had a tough start with a crash at Daytona. Although he won a race at Las Vegas, he did not make it into the championship playoffs that year. He nearly won the Talladega race, leading in the final laps before finishing twentieth. At Texas, he finished second to his RCR teammate Austin Dillon, marking a 1-2 finish for the team. Tyler had three top-five finishes and nine top-ten finishes that year. He was close to making the playoffs but was involved in a late-race accident at Daytona, which kept him out. After the Southern 500, Tyler clinched the regular season championship, beating Kyle Larson by just one point! He advanced to the Round of 8 at the Charlotte Roval. After the race, another driver received a penalty, which helped Tyler secure his spot in the next round. At Homestead, Tyler passed Ryan Blaney on the final lap to win the race and secure a spot in the Championship 4 at Phoenix. He finished fourth in the championship standings for 2024.

In 2025, Tyler started strong with a second-place finish at the 2025 Daytona 500. He had several top-five finishes throughout the year and was consistent enough to make the playoffs.
