Un gallo con muchos huevos is a fun 3D animated movie from Mexico. Its name means A Rooster with Many Eggs in Spanish. In the United States, it was called Huevos: Little Rooster's Egg-cellent Adventure. This film was made by Huevocartoon Producciones. It's the third movie in the popular Huevos series. It was also the first one made with computer animation! Gabriel Riva Palacio Alatriste and Rodolfo Riva Palacio Alatriste wrote, produced, and directed it.

Many famous actors lent their voices to the Spanish version. These include Bruno Bichir, Maite Perroni, and Omar Chaparro.

The movie first came out in Mexico on August 20, 2015. It was shown in both 2D and 3D theaters. It became a huge hit there! It earned over $167 million Mexican pesos. This made it the highest-earning animated film ever made in Mexico. It also became the eleventh highest-earning Mexican film of all time.

Later, on September 4, 2015, the movie was released in the United States. It was shown in Spanish with English subtitles. It was a surprise success at the box office! The movie got mostly mixed reviews from critics.

Toto's Big Challenge

The main character is a young rooster named Toto. He finds out that his home is in big trouble. The farm is going bankrupt and might be sold! Toto is usually a bit shy. But he knows he has to do something brave to save his home.

Fighting for the Farm

To save the farm, Toto decides to fight. He challenges Bankivoide, a famous rooster boxing champion. This big fight happens at a place called el Palenque. Can Toto find the courage to win and save his family's home?

More Adventures for Toto and Di

People first thought Un gallo con muchos huevos would be the last movie. But good news! Two more movies are being made. Both of these will also be computer-animated.

The fourth movie is called Un rescate de huevitos. This means A Rescue of Little Eggs. It was first called Huevitos en fuga (Eggs on the Run). In this film, Toto and Di must save their cute egg children. The children are taken by a collector and sold in Africa for food. The movie was planned for 2019, then 2020. Because of the pandemic, it is now expected in 2021.

A New Villain in Un gallo congelado

The fifth movie is titled Un gallo congelado. This means A Frozen Rooster. It will introduce a new bad guy: a pirate! This pirate really dislikes Toto and wants to stop him. Miguel Rodarte and Arath de la Torre have joined the voice cast. This movie is planned to be released in 2022.
