Victor Martin Page (born February 19, 1975) is an American former basketball player. He played for the Georgetown University Hoyas and the Sioux Falls Skyforce. Victor Page holds a special record for freshmen at Georgetown. He scored 34 points in one game, breaking the previous record of 32 points set by basketball star Allen Iverson.

Early Life and High School Basketball
Victor Page grew up in Barry Farm, a neighborhood in Southeast D.C.. He became a fantastic basketball player at McKinley Tech High School. In his final year, he led his team to the DC City Championship game. He averaged an amazing 31 points per game that season. The Washington Post newspaper named him the All DC Metro Basketball Player of the Year. During the 1993–94 season, he scored a career-high 47 points in a single game. After high school, he spent an extra year at The Winchendon School. This is a prep school located in Winchendon, Massachusetts.
College Basketball Career
As a freshman, Victor Page (jersey #44) joined the Georgetown Hoyas team in the 1995–96 season. This team, led by Allen Iverson, made it to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament. Victor was also named to the Big East All-Rookie team. In the 1996–97 season, Page was the top scorer in the Big East. He was also chosen for the All-Big East first team. After his second year of college, Page decided to enter the 1997 NBA draft. However, he was not chosen by any NBA team.

Professional Basketball Path
Victor Page was drafted 11th in the CBA draft. In September 1997, he briefly joined the Minnesota Timberwolves for their training camp. However, he was cut from the team before the season began. This meant he never played a regular-season game in the NBA.
He went back to the CBA to play for the Sioux Falls Skyforce. In 1998, he was chosen for the CBA All-Rookie Team. Victor Page is considered one of the best players in Skyforce history. When he left the team in 2001, he was their all-time leading scorer. His jersey, number 20, was officially retired in 2004 to honor his contributions. He also played part of the 2001–02 season with the Fargo-Moorhead Beez. Victor Page also played internationally. He played in the 1998 PBA Centennial Cup in the Philippines with the Pop Cola 800s. He also played in Italy for Scaligera Basket of Verona during the 1999–2000 season. In Italy, he averaged 18.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 8 games.
Later Life
In 2003, Victor Page experienced a serious injury to his right eye. He unfortunately lost the eye completely and now wears an eyepatch.
