Victor Martin Page (born February 19, 1975) is an American former basketball player. He played for the Georgetown University Hoyas and the Sioux Falls Skyforce. Victor Page holds a special record at Georgetown. He scored 34 points in a game as a freshman. This broke the previous freshman scoring record of 32 points, which was held by famous player Allen Iverson.

Growing Up and High School Basketball
Victor Page grew up in Barry Farm, located in Southeast Washington, D.C.. He became a star player at McKinley Tech High School. In his final year, he led his team to the DC City Championship game. They played against DeMatha Catholic but lost the game.
During that season, he scored an amazing 31 points per game on average. He was named the Washington Post All DC Metro Basketball Player of the Year. In the 1993–94 season, he scored a career-high 47 points in one game. After high school, he spent an extra year at The Winchendon School. This is a prep school in Winchendon, Massachusetts.
College Basketball Career
As a freshman, Victor Page wore jersey number 44 for the Hoyas team. This was during the 1995–96 season. The team, led by Allen Iverson, made it to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament. Victor Page was also named to the Big East All-Rookie team.
In the 1996–97 season, Page was a top scorer in the Big East Conference. He was chosen for the All-Big East first team. After his second year, Victor Page decided to enter the 1997 NBA draft. However, he was not chosen by any team in the draft.
Professional Basketball Journey
Victor Page was picked 11th in the CBA draft. In September 1997, he briefly joined the Minnesota Timberwolves for their training camp. However, he was cut from the team before the season began. This meant he never played a regular game in the NBA.
He went back to play in the CBA for the Sioux Falls Skyforce. In 1998, he was selected for the CBA All-Rookie Team. Victor Page is remembered as one of the best players in Skyforce history. When he left the team in 2001, he was their all-time leading scorer. His jersey, number 20, was officially retired in 2004.
Page also played for other teams. He spent part of the 2001–02 season with the Fargo-Moorhead Beez. In 1998, he played in the 1998 PBA Centennial Cup in the Philippines with the Pop Cola 800s. He also played in Italy for Scaligera Basket of Verona during the 1999–00 season. In Italy, he averaged 18.3 points per game.
