Vince Cellini, whose full name is Vincent Robert Cellini, was born on June 10, 1959. He is a well-known American sports broadcaster who works on both radio and television. You can currently see him on NBA TV and TNT Sports.

Vince Cellini's Early Life and Career
When he was younger, Vince Cellini worked as a lifeguard at Grovewood, a city pool in Cleveland.
In 1981, Vince graduated from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. He earned a degree in communications. While in college, Vince played football as a tight end. He was a great player and set three team records for his college football team.
After college, in 1982, Vince started his career in sports. He worked as a sports anchor and reporter at WJW-TV in Cleveland. He also hosted a sports talk radio show on WWWE Radio, also in Cleveland.
Working at CNN and Turner Sports
In 1989, Vince Cellini joined CNN Sports. He left his job at WJW-TV to do this. In 1996, Vince won a special award called a CableACE Award. He won it for his work on a show called CNN Sports Tonight, which he hosted with Van Earl Wright.
He also hosted a late-night show called "Calling All Sports" from 1994 to 1995. Later, he joined the TNT Sunday Night NFL broadcasting team. Vince joined TNT in January 2003. He had previously worked for a long time at the CNNSI network, which no longer exists.
While working for Ted Turner's company, Vince also appeared on CNN. He was working at the CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia, during the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Time at The Golf Channel
Vince Cellini started at The Golf Channel on January 13, 2003. He took over as host of Golf Talk from Peter Kessler. His very first guest on the show was the famous golfer Arnold Palmer. Arnold Palmer helped start The Golf Channel in 1995.
Vince had other jobs at The Golf Channel too. He was an anchor for their main news show, Golf Central. He also hosted "Top Shelf Wednesday," which was a long block of shows in the evening.
In February 2005, Vince Cellini and his colleague Stephanie Sparks started hosting a reality television show called The Big Break. They hosted the third season, The Big Break III: Ladies Only. They also hosted The Big Break IV: USA vs. Europe later that year. Vince and Stephanie returned to host The Big Break V: Hawaii in 2006, which was another "ladies only" season.
Vince left The Golf Channel in July 2007 but came back in January of the next year. His contract ended in 2009 and was not renewed.
Returning to Turner Sports
Vince Cellini is now a full-time host for NBA TV's GameTime show. He also hosts many online programs for Turner Sports' digital platforms. He is a long-time expert in cable sports. Vince was an anchor on Sports Tonight and won a Cable ACE Award for his work in 1996.
Since August 18, 2011, Vince has been hosting short shows called "Fantasy Showdown" and "The Preview Show" for Nascar.com. He has also covered the PGA Championship for TNT since 2011.
Other Sports Work
Since 2010, Vince has been a co-host of the Hawks Live show with Mike Glenn. This show airs before and after NBA Atlanta Hawks games on SportSouth. Starting in 2011, he also began co-hosting a local golf show in the Cleveland area called "Par Three Shootout."
