Virginia worked as a "Glamour Lovely" at the Earl Carroll Theater in Hollywood. This was a popular place for entertainment, and "Glamour Lovelies" were performers known for their beauty and charm. She was also chosen as a “Goldwyn Girl” by MGM Studios. Being a Goldwyn Girl was a special honor, as it meant she was selected by the famous movie producer Samuel Goldwyn to appear in his films.

Movies She Starred In

Virginia Cruzon was one of the "Twelve Featured Show Girls" in the movie Ziegfeld Girl. This film was a big musical. She also appeared in other movies, including Down to Earth, where she worked with the famous actress Rita Hayworth. Another movie she was in was Up in Arms, starring Danny Kaye. Her final movie role was in 1969, when she appeared with the legendary singer and actor Elvis Presley in the film Charro!.

Her Later Years

Virginia Cruzon passed away at the age of 89. She died peacefully at her home in Laramie, Wyoming.
