Vladimir "Vlado" Georgiev (born June 6, 1976) is a famous Serbian singer, songwriter, and music producer. He is known as one of the most important musicians in the Balkan region.
Vlado Georgiev has also been a judge on popular TV shows. He was a judge on Prvi glas Srbije (meaning First Voice of Serbia) in 2011 and 2012. Later, he joined Tvoje lice zvuči poznato (Your Face Sounds Familiar) in 2016.

About Vlado Georgiev
His Early Life
Vlado Georgiev was born in Dubrovnik. His father, Dragoljub, was from Dimitrovgrad, and his mother, Borka, was from Sarajevo. Vlado also has an older brother named Saša.
Soon after Vlado was born, his family moved to Herceg Novi in Montenegro. He grew up there until he was 16 years old. After that, he and his brother moved to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. One of Vlado's favorite hobbies is riding motorcycles. He has even traveled across Europe on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle!
His Music Career
Vlado Georgiev has released three studio albums so far. His first album, Navika (Habit), came out in 2001. Then came Žena bez imena (Woman Without a Name) in 2003. His third album, Daljina (Distance), was released in 2013.
In 2005, he released a very popular song called "Nisam ljubomoran" ("I'm Not Jealous"). After a short break, he released two more songs in 2007: "Do svitanja" ("Till Dawn") and a ballad called "Ti i ja" ("You and I"). In 2009, he had another big hit with "Hej ti" ("Hey You"), along with a ballad named "Bez tebe" ("Without You").
Vlado started his musical journey by playing the accordion. Later, he learned to play the piano, synthesizers, and other keyboards. He began writing songs for himself and for other famous singers in the region. He also worked as a producer for the Montenegrin hip hop group Monteniggers. He is still good friends with Niggor, the only living member of that group. Vlado and Niggor even recorded a song together called "Tropski bar."
Vlado Georgiev has his own record label called Barba Music. He also owns a production company in Belgrade called Studio Barba.
