WWE The Great American Bash facts for kids
The Great American Bash is a big yearly event in professional wrestling. It's like a special show you pay to watch, called a pay-per-view. It was first created by a wrestling group called the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). Later, another group, World Championship Wrestling (WCW), took over. But a famous wrestler named Ric Flair said that Dusty Rhodes actually came up with the idea for The Great American Bash.
After 2000, The Great American Bash stopped for a few years. It came back in 2004, but only featured wrestlers from the Smackdown! show. In 2007, wrestlers from Raw and ECW also started to join. A special thing about this event is that anyone in the American military can watch The Great American Bash for free.
