Walter Dohrn (born December 5, 1970) is an American writer, director, animator, musician, and actor. He is well-known for his work on popular animated movies and TV shows.
Walt Dohrn is famous for voicing the character Rumpelstiltskin in the movie Shrek Forever After (2010). He also voiced other characters in Shrek the Third (2007).
He helped direct the movie Trolls (2016) and later directed its follow-up films. In the Trolls movies, he also lent his voice to several characters. Walt Dohrn is currently working on the upcoming film Shrek 5.
Before his work on Shrek and Trolls, Dohrn was a writer, director, and storyboard artist for SpongeBob SquarePants. He worked on many episodes of the show. In 2020, he signed a special agreement with DreamWorks Animation, where he has worked for a long time.
