Wellsville is a city in Cache County, Utah, in the United States. In 2020, about 4,060 people lived there. Wellsville is found at the bottom of the Wellsville Mountains. It is part of the larger Logan, Utah-Idaho Metropolitan Statistical Area.
The city is home to several important places. These include the Utah State University South Farm and its Equestrian Center. You can also find the American Heritage Center and the historic Wellsville Tabernacle here. Wellsville was first planned in 1856. It was named after Daniel H. Wells, who was a leader in the LDS Church.

Wellsville is located on the eastern side of the Wellsville Mountains. The city covers a total area of about 17.1 square kilometers (6.6 square miles). Most of this area is land. Only a very small part, about 0.04 square kilometers (0.015 square miles), is water.
