Whitaker is a small town, called a borough, located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It sits right by the Monongahela River, about 3 miles (4.8 km) away from the big city of Pittsburgh. In 2020, about 1,179 people lived here.

The town got its name from James Whitaker, who was one of the first people to settle in this area. Whitaker officially became a borough on January 4, 1904.
