White Hall is a city in Jefferson County, Arkansas, United States. It is located in Washington Township. In 2010, about 5,526 people lived there.
White Hall is part of the larger Pine Bluff Micropolitan Statistical Area. This means it's a smaller city that is closely connected to the bigger city of Pine Bluff. It is also home to the Pine Bluff Arsenal, which is a special U.S. Army base.
