Windell Dwain Middlebrooks, Jr. (born January 8, 1979 – died March 9, 2015) was an American actor and singer. He was well-known for his roles in TV shows like The Suite Life on Deck and Body of Proof. He also became famous for appearing in popular commercials for a brewing company.

Early Life and Education
Windell Middlebrooks was born on January 8, 1979, in Fort Worth, Texas. He loved learning and studied a lot! He went to Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas, where he earned a special degree in Theatre and Communications. This means he learned all about acting and how people communicate.
He also studied at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center. Later, he went to the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in acting in 2004. This advanced degree helped him become an even better actor.
Windell's Acting Career
Windell Middlebrooks had a very interesting acting career. Before becoming a TV star, he worked at the famous Texas Musical Drama near Canyon, Texas. He started by helping out behind the scenes, but soon he was acting on stage and in front of the camera!
He appeared in many popular TV shows, including:

Windell was especially famous for his commercials for a well-known brewing company. In these ads, he played a delivery person. If he thought a place wasn't "high life" enough, he would take away all the products!

- Scrubs, where he played a recurring character in the ninth season.
Windell was a guest on Adam Carolla's podcast in 2009. He also appeared in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. From 2011 to 2013, he was a regular cast member in the medical drama Body of Proof. In this show, he played an assistant coroner, a person who helps investigate deaths. The show was on ABC.
Personal Life and Passing
Windell Middlebrooks was a very talented person. He was even given the Chancellor's Club Fellowship at the University of California, Irvine, which is a special award for promising students. He was also a Christian.
His Passing
Sadly, Windell Middlebrooks passed away on March 9, 2015. He was found unconscious at his home in the San Fernando Valley. He was taken to a hospital in Los Angeles, but he was pronounced dead when he arrived.
Doctors later found that he had a fatal pulmonary embolism. This means a blood clot blocked one or more arteries in his lungs. Windell Middlebrooks was 36 years old when he passed away.
