Windsor is a small town, called a borough, located in York County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. In 2020, about 1,359 people lived here. The town was first settled around 1830 and officially became a borough in 1905. It was originally named Windsorville, taking its name from Windsor, England. Windsor is part of the larger York–Hanover metropolitan area, which means it's connected to bigger nearby cities.

At Steam-O-Rama, you can see exciting tractor pulls and even tractor square dancing! There are also fun kiddie rides and games for younger visitors. Horse pulls are another popular attraction. The event usually starts on the first Thursday of October.
On Thursday nights, local bluegrass bands play music, and you can get in for free. Many different food vendors are there, offering lots of tasty treats. There's also a family-friendly flea market where you can find unique items. Steam-O-Rama has been a tradition in Windsor for over one hundred years!
