Winkel is a town, also called a municipality, located in Switzerland. It is part of the Bülach district in the Zürich area.

Winkel covers an area of about 8.1 square kilometers (3.1 square miles). A large part of this land, about 45%, is used for farming. Forests cover about 27% of the area. Around 21% of Winkel is built up with buildings and roads. The remaining 6% includes natural features like rivers.
