Woody Woodpecker is a fun animated web series that brings the classic cartoon character to life. It's based on the original Woody Woodpecker animated films created by Walter Lantz. This series first started on YouTube on December 3, 2018.
In 2020, Woody Woodpecker and his friend Wally Walrus even appeared in some public service announcements (PSAs). A trailer for the second season came out on October 21, 2020, and the new episodes were released on October 28, 2020.

Making the Show
On November 22, 2018, the entertainment news site Deadline Hollywood announced that Universal 1440 Entertainment was making new Woody Woodpecker cartoons. These short animated videos were made just for the official Woody Woodpecker YouTube channels. You could watch them in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English. The first season was directed by Alex Zamm, who also directed the Woody Woodpecker movie from 2017.
