The Zee Cine Awards (often called ZCA) are a big annual event in India. They celebrate the best movies and people in the Hindi film industry, also known as Bollywood. These awards started in November 1997. Their goal was to honor "Excellence in cinema" in a fair way.

About the Zee Cine Awards
The Zee Cine Awards began in Mumbai, India. In 2004, the awards show started traveling. It was held in places like Dubai, London, Mauritius, and Malaysia. Later, it returned to London in 2008 and went to Abu Dhabi in 2009.
Award Show History
The awards were not held in 2010. This was because of a TV show called Dance India Dance. The awards came back in 2011. In 2012, the ceremony took place in Singapore and then at the CotaiArena in Macao.
The 2018 awards were held in Mumbai. The shows in 2021 and 2022 were also not held. This was due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
