Île Pariseau is a small island in Quebec, Canada. It is found in the Rivière des Prairies, a river that flows near Montreal. The island is located across the river from Île Bizard and the Island of Montreal.
Île Pariseau is part of a group of islands called Îles Laval. These islands are connected to Île Jésus, which is where the city of Laval is located. In 1965, Îles Laval officially became part of the city of Laval.
