Óscar Manuel Ibáñez Holzmann (born August 8, 1967) is a well-known football manager and former player. He played as a goalkeeper, which means his job was to stop the ball from entering the goal.

Even though he was born in Argentina, Ibáñez played for the Peruvian national team. He first played for Peru on April 18, 1998. He played in 50 international matches for Peru, with his last game being on March 30, 2005. He is one of only four players to have played at least 500 games in the top Peruvian football league. His family background includes Volga German and Basque heritage.
