Arthur Adam Housley (born August 13, 1971) is an American journalist, winemaker, and former professional baseball player. He won an Emmy award for his journalism. He worked for Fox News from 2001 until 2018.

Adam Housley has had an interesting career path. He started as a talented baseball player, then became a successful journalist, and now he is also a winemaker.
Playing Professional Baseball
Adam Housley played baseball in college at Pepperdine University. His team even won the 1992 National Champion College World Series! He was also a Junior Olympic All-American player.
After college, he played professional baseball. He was drafted by the Montreal Expos. He also played for the minor league teams of the Milwaukee Brewers and the Detroit Tigers. He pitched in 97 games during his baseball career.
Becoming a Journalist
Before joining Fox News, Adam Housley worked as a reporter at different TV and radio stations. He won several awards for his reporting, including a Regional Emmy Award.
He reported from many places around the world. He covered events in Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain, Jordan, and the Persian Gulf. He also reported from Pakistan and Israel. He was on air in Kuwait when important events began in 2003.
Housley also covered six hurricanes, including Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. He reported many stories from the Mexico–United States border. He covered the 2012 Waldo Canyon Fire in Colorado. He also reported live on the shooting at the Los Angeles International Airport and the aftermath of the crash of Asiana Airlines Flight 214.
He earned a master's degree in international security from the University of Arizona in 2014.
Reporting on Major Events
Adam Housley was one of the first reporters to arrive in Haiti after the big earthquake in 2010. He used his iPhone and a special microphone to send reports.
He also covered the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami. He reported from places like Phuket province and Phi Phi Islands, showing the recovery efforts.
Housley speaks Spanish fluently. He covered the 2010 Copiapó mining accident in Chile. He was there reporting live as all 33 miners were rescued after being trapped for 69 days.
He was also one of the first American reporters in Japan after the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami. He reported on the damage and even got close to the Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Plant before it was too dangerous.

Starting a Business: Winemaking
After his careers in baseball and news, Adam Housley helped start his family's winery, Century Oak, in 2000. His family has been growing wine grapes since 1969.
In 2020, the winery opened a tasting room in Napa called Housley Napa Valley. In 2021, Adam and his wife, Tamera, opened a coffee shop called Barnhouse Napa Brews in the same area.
Adam Housley's Personal Life
Adam Housley is the president of his family's Century Oak Winery in Lodi, California. He married actress Tamera Mowry on May 15, 2011. They have two children: a son named Aden (born in 2012) and a daughter named Ariah (born in 2015).
In 2016, Adam and Tamera won Celebrity Cupcake Wars on Food Network. They donated their winnings to SnowballExpress.org, a charity that helps children of fallen U.S. military members.
In January 2021, the Housleys won Celebrity Game Face, a game show hosted by Kevin Hart. They donated their winnings to alainasvoice.org, a charity that supports important causes.
