Adams is a small city in Oregon, United States. It is located in Umatilla County. The city is about 13 miles (21 km) northeast of Pendleton. You can find it along Oregon Route 11. In 2020, about 389 people lived there. Adams is part of the larger Pendleton–Hermiston area.

History of Adams
Adams was named after a local settler. His name was John F. Adams. The Adams post office first opened in 1883. The city officially became a city on February 10, 1893. This decision was made by the Oregon government.
