Anastasiya started her music journey at a young age. In 2009, when she was just 7 years old, she appeared on Ukraine's Got Talent. She was there to support her older sister, Viktoria "Vika" Petryk. Vika had already represented Ukraine in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008 and came in second place.
The judges on Ukraine's Got Talent were so impressed that they invited Anastasiya to sing with her sister. They performed the song "I Love Rock 'n' Roll" together. They both got to be part of the show and even reached the semi-finals!
That same year, Anastasiya won other awards. She took home the first prize at "Moloda Halychyna". She also earned the second prize at the "Black Sea Games 2009".
