She focused on making sure everyone had fair chances. She also worked on policies to help families. In 1986, a new family law was approved in San Marino.
From 1986 to 1987, she worked at the Secretariat of State for Finance. This office handles money and planning for the country. From June 1987 to December 1990, she led the Office for Relations with Sammarinese Communities Abroad. This office helped people from San Marino living in other countries. Becoming a Member of Parliament
In January 1993, Antonella Mularoni helped start a new political group. It was called the Popular Alliance of Sammarinese Democrats. She was then elected to the Grand and General Council for the first time. This is like San Marino's parliament. She served there until 2001.
Judge at the European Court of Human Rights
In 2001, she was chosen to be a judge. She worked at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. This court helps protect human rights in Europe. She served as a judge until September 2008. Another judge from San Marino, Kristina Pardalos, took her place.
