Ashley Blazer Biden, born on June 8, 1981, is an American social worker, activist, and fashion designer. She worked as the executive director of the Delaware Center for Justice from 2014 to 2019. In 2010, Ashley Biden started dating Howard Krein. He is a plastic surgeon. Her brother Beau introduced them. They got married in 2012 in a ceremony that included both Catholic and Jewish traditions. The wedding took place at St. Joseph's on the Brandywine. Howard Krein works at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is also a professor of facial, plastic, and reconstructive surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. Ashley Biden is a practicing Catholic. Personal Item Theft
In 2020, Ashley Biden's personal diary was stolen. It was then sold to a group. In 2022, two people from Florida admitted in court that they stole the diary and other personal items from Ashley Biden. They also admitted to taking these items across state lines and selling them. In April 2024, one of the people involved was sentenced to prison and home confinement. Ashley Biden confirmed that the diary was hers. However, she stated that her writings in it had been "constantly distorted and manipulated."
