Ayasha's Cricket Journey

Early Achievements

Ayasha helped her team win a silver medal at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China. They played against the Chinese team. She also won another silver medal at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon.

International Debuts

Ayasha started playing One Day International (ODI) matches in 2012. Her first ODI game was against Pakistan. She made her Twenty20 International (T20I) debut in 2013 against India.

Winning the Asia Cup

In June 2018, Ayasha was part of the Bangladesh team that made history. They won their first ever Women's Asia Cup title! This was a big moment for Bangladeshi cricket.

Top Performer

After winning the Asia Cup, Ayasha continued to shine. She was the best run-scorer for Bangladesh in the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier tournament. She scored 89 runs in five matches. The International Cricket Council (ICC) even called her the "rising star" of Bangladesh's team.

Later in 2018, she played in the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 tournament. Again, she was the top run-scorer for her team, scoring 59 runs.

Gold Medal Success

In 2019, Ayasha was part of the team that won a gold medal at the 2019 South Asian Games. The Bangladesh team beat Sri Lanka in a very close final match. This was another amazing achievement for her and the team.

World Cup Participation

In January 2020, Ayasha was chosen to be part of Bangladesh's team for the 2020 ICC Women's T20 World Cup in Australia. This shows how important she is to her national team.
