Batata horra (Arabic: بطاطا حرّة) is a vegetable dish originated from Lebanon and Syria. It consists of potatoes, red peppers, coriander, chili, and garlic which are all fried together in olive oil.
Etymology
Baṯāṯā ḥārrah literally means "spicy potatoes".
