Beal City is a small community in Isabella County, Michigan, in the United States. It is called an "unincorporated community" and a "census-designated place" (CDP). This means it's a recognized area for counting people, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town.
In 2020, about 332 people lived in Beal City. It is located within Nottawa Township and is also part of the Isabella Indian Reservation.

History of Beal City
Beal City started around the year 1880. A person named Mr. Beal opened a grocery store there, which helped the community grow.
For a while, Beal City had its own post office. It was open from December 19, 1892, until March 31, 1910.
Since 1989, a special football game called the Tom Bowl has been held in Beal City every year.
Geography and Schools
Beal City covers an area of about 4 square miles (10.39 square kilometers), and all of it is land. The water in this area flows east into the North Branch of the Chippewa River. This river is part of a larger system that eventually leads to the Saginaw River.
The community has its own school system, called Beal City Public Schools. This school district also serves other areas nearby, providing education for many students.
