Beazer is a very small community, called a hamlet, located in southern Alberta, Canada. It's part of Cardston County.
This tiny place is about 6 kilometers (or 3.7 miles) south of Highway 5. It's also about 80 kilometers (or 50 miles) southwest of a larger city called Lethbridge.
Beazer was named in 1900 after a person named Mark Beazer. He helped start the first group of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) in the area.
How Many People Live in Beazer?
Beazer is a really small community! In 2008, Cardston County did a special count of people, called a census. This count showed that only 11 people lived in Beazer at that time.
