Lester Green (born June 2, 1968), who is better known by his stage name Beetlejuice, is an American comedian and actor. He became famous in 1999 after appearing on The Howard Stern Show. He soon became a popular member of the show's group of personalities known as the Wack Pack. In 2015, he was named the greatest Wack Packer of all time. Beetlejuice has also acted in movies like Bubble Boy (2001) and Scary Movie 2 (2001).

Early Life and Background
Lester Green was born in Browns Mills, New Jersey, on June 2, 1968. He was born with dwarfism, which is a condition that results in short stature. He also has microcephaly, a condition where the head is smaller than usual. This also affects his learning abilities. Green grew up in Jersey City and is the second youngest of six children.
Entertainment Career
Green was discovered in a local bar by Sean Rooney, who became his manager. Green started working as an entertainer. He got his nickname "Beetlejuice" because people thought he looked like a character from the 1988 movie Beetlejuice. After Sean Rooney passed away in 2009, his brother Bobby Rooney took over as Green's manager.
First Television Appearances
Green first appeared on The Howard Stern Show on July 14, 1999. The host, Howard Stern, immediately liked Green's personality and thought he could become a star. Green became a regular and very popular guest on the show.
In 2000, Green appeared on the wrestling show WCW Monday Nitro. Dressed as Superman, he had a funny confrontation with wrestler Jeff Jarrett. This led to a moment where Jarrett hit Green over the head with a prop guitar.
Acting and Music Fame
In 2001, Green acted in the comedy movie Bubble Boy. He played a character named Lil' Zip, who was part of a traveling show. That same year, he also had a small part in the movie Scary Movie 2. He appeared as the brain of a character played by Marlon Wayans.
In 2002, he was in the music video for the song "Grimey" by the rapper N.O.R.E..
Green is also known for his song, "This Is Beetle," which he made up during The Howard Stern Show in 2004. A producer on the show, Richard Christy, added music to Green's singing. The song became very popular. The rock band Staind and the band Blues Traveler even recorded their own versions of it.
Other Projects and Appearances
Over the years, Green has been involved in many different projects. He participated in amateur boxing matches with other little people. In 2005, he provided his voice and likeness for a character in the video game True Crime: New York City.
In 2009, Green starred in his own five-episode reality TV show called This Is Beetle on Howard TV.
In February 2021, Green returned to The Howard Stern Show after a five-year break. He shared that he had moved to Georgia with his mother. He also released a new version of his song "Beetle in the House," featuring famous artists like Snoop Dogg.
In recent years, a video clip of Green saying "Just hanging around" became a popular meme on TikTok and other social media sites.
