Bennett Springs is a suburb found in the northeastern part of Perth, Western Australia. It is located within the area managed by the City of Swan.
This suburb was created from parts of other nearby areas like Beechboro, Whiteman, and West Swan. It officially became its own suburb in April 2011. This happened after people living there worked for about 10 years to make it happen. The suburb got its name from Matilda Bennett. She was the wife of an important early explorer and surveyor named John Septimus Roe.
Bennett Springs is part of a special area in the City of Swan that is planned for growth. It has clear boundaries made by major roads. To the east, you'll find Drumpellier Drive. Reid Highway forms its southern edge. On the west side is Tonkin Highway. To the north, it is bordered by Marshall Road and the old boundary of West Swan. A small stream called Bennett Brook also flows through the suburb. This brook is also named after Matilda Bennett.
