Where Does Bistcho Lake's Water Go?

The water from Bistcho Lake travels a long way! It's part of a huge water system called the Liard River basin. The lake's water flows out into the Petitot River. From there, the Petitot River joins the Liard River, which then flows into the mighty Mackenzie River. Finally, the Mackenzie River carries the water all the way to the Arctic Ocean. So, Bistcho Lake is directly connected to the Arctic Ocean through this amazing network of rivers.
