Blue's Room is a fun American TV show for kids that uses live-action puppets. It was shown on Nickelodeon as part of the Nick Jr. block. This show is a spin-off from the super popular Blue's Clues series. It was created by Traci Paige Johnson and Angela Santomero. The show actually started as short parts within Blue's Clues episodes during its sixth season.
You can watch the whole series on the Noggin app since March 2015. It also became available on Paramount+ in January 2021.

About Blue's Room
This show is all about Blue, a happy blue puppy who can talk! She loves to sing, dance, and play with her friends. Blue is the main character and host of the show. She often asks viewers questions and uses her catchphrase, "Hoop-dee-doo!"
Blue plays with many friends in her room. These friends include Sprinkles, her shy little brother who joins in the second season. There's also Roary, an orange dinosaur who loves to practice roaring. Frederica is a purple doll who pretends it's her birthday every day. And Polka Dots, a sea-foam plush toy, creates fun puzzles for everyone to solve. Together, they go on exciting adventures, solve problems, and use their amazing imaginations.

Main Characters
- Blue (puppeteered by Leslie Carrara-Rudolph in season 1, then Noel MacNeal in season 2, and voiced by Victoria Pontecorvo) – She's the star of the show! Blue is a cheerful blue puppy and Sprinkles' older sister. She often says "Hi you!" to greet people.
- Polka Dots (puppeteered and voiced by Tim Lagasse in the pilot, then Peter Linz in season 1 and James Godwin in season 2) – Blue's best friend. He's a sea-green plush toy who loves making puzzles.
- Frederica (puppeteered and voiced by Cheryl Blaylock) – One of Blue's good friends. She's a purple doll with orange hair and always pretends it's her birthday.
- Roary (puppeteered and voiced by Joey Mazzarino) – An orange dinosaur who enjoys practicing his roars.
- Sprinkles (puppeteered and voiced by Joey Mazzarino) – Blue’s baby brother. He joined the show in the second season. Sprinkles started as a plain white puppy but got spots as he learned new things.
- Doodle Board (puppeteered and voiced by Peter Linz in season 1, then James Godwin in season 2) – An easel that draws pictures. Viewers guess what the drawing is.
- Dress-Up Chest (puppeteered and voiced by Tim Lagasse in the pilot, then Tyler Bunch in the series) – A purple treasure chest that gives out costumes. He sometimes tells stories.
- Boogie-Woogie (puppeteered and voiced by Joey Mazzarino) – A jukebox that loves to sing and dance.
- Silly Seat (puppeteered by Marc Petrosino and voiced by Jared Goldsmith) – A chair that tells funny jokes and riddles. He doesn't appear in season two.
- Joe (played by Donovan Patton; guest in season 1, main in season 2) – A human character who takes care of Blue and Sprinkles. He is often seen with Sprinkles.
