Bobs Lake is a beautiful lake located in Ontario, Canada. It is found in the northern part of the Sudbury District. This lake is part of a larger system of rivers that eventually flows into James Bay.

You can find Bobs Lake about 2 kilometers (which is about 1.2 miles) south of Ontario Highway 101. It's a great spot in the wild areas of Northeastern Ontario.

How Water Flows In and Out of Bobs Lake

The water in Bobs Lake is always moving! The main stream that flows into the lake is called Roswell Creek. This creek enters the lake from the northeast side.

The water then flows out of Bobs Lake from the northwest side, also through Roswell Creek. From there, Roswell Creek joins the Nemegosenda River. The water then travels through several other rivers, including the Kapuskasing River and the Mattagami River. Finally, all this water reaches the Moose River, which empties into James Bay. This whole journey is part of the James Bay drainage basin.
