The Bonus Jack is a special hamburger that was once a very popular item at the fast-food restaurant chain Jack in the Box. It was one of their most famous burgers!
This burger first appeared in 1970. Jack in the Box created it to compete with another well-known burger, the McDonald's Big Mac. The Bonus Jack was taken off the menu in the early 1980s. However, it has made exciting comebacks to Jack in the Box restaurants several times over the years.
What is the Bonus Jack?
The Bonus Jack burger is quite similar to the Big Mac in how it's put together. It's a double-decker burger with lots of tasty ingredients.
Bonus Jack Ingredients

- Shredded lettuce
- Two pickle slices
- All served on a unique three-piece bun
This combination made the Bonus Jack a favorite for many years!
