Professional Football Journey
Denver Broncos
In 2005, the Denver Broncos signed Browner as a player who was not picked in the draft. However, he broke his left forearm during a game. This injury meant he missed the entire 2005 season. He was later released by the team in 2006.
Calgary Stampeders
Browner then signed with the Calgary Stampeders in the CFL in 2006. Fans liked him because of his speed and strong effort. He helped the Stampeders win the Grey Cup championship in 2008. He was also named a CFL All-Star in 2008 and 2009.
Seattle Seahawks (First Time)
Browner joined the Seattle Seahawks in 2011. He started every game that season. One highlight was his 94-yard interception return against the New York Giants. This was a record for the Seahawks. He also had two interceptions in a game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
In 2012, Browner faced a temporary suspension for violating league rules. Despite this, he was chosen for the 2012 Pro Bowl.
