Where is Broad Brook?
Broad Brook is mostly in the east-central part of the town of East Windsor. It shares a border on its east side with the town of Ellington. To the south, it is bordered by Chamberlain Road and Ketch Brook. The Scantic River forms its western border. To the north, you'll find Connecticut Route 140 and a part of the Broad Brook waterway itself, which is where the community gets its name.
This community is about 11 miles (18 km) north of East Hartford. It is also about 7 miles (11 km) south of Thompsonville.
