Buzz and Tell facts for kids
Buzz and Tell is a super fun CBeebies show created by Jon Doyle. It's a comedy puppet quiz show that makes fun of serious quiz competitions. In every episode, five different puppet contestants play against each other. The show has exciting rounds like a "missing word round," a "picture round," a "numbers round," and a "sound round." Sometimes, there's even a "general knowledge round" to test their brains! The winner of each show gets a really silly prize, like a wooden spoon.
Meet the Buzz and Tell Characters!
Different contestants join the show in different episodes. However, two characters are always there: Mr. Flipstick, the quiz master, and Mr. Biscuits, a regular contestant.
- Walter Flipstick - He is the friendly quizmaster of the show. Walter is a walrus who keeps the game moving!
- Mr Biscuits - This funny monster loves biscuits more than anything! He is a contestant in every single episode.
- Orange Bernard - He is an orangutan who is totally obsessed with bananas. His special talent is eating a banana sideways!
- Ken Koala - Ken is a very shy koala who speaks with an Australian accent.
- Miss Honkover - She is a beautiful and exotic bird. Miss Honkover loves to sing her heart out!
- Melanie Wiggles - This smart rabbit spends her time studying all about carrots.
- Karl - Karl is a cat who knows a lot about different kinds of nuts. He sometimes forgets to buzz in or what he was going to say!
- Henrietta Peck - She is a chicken. Often, one of her eggs hatches during the show, and a chick with a very deep voice appears!
- Charles Cheese - Charles is a tiny mouse who is fascinated by cheese. He is the smallest contestant on the show.
- B1N - This is a rubbish bin robot made from a pedal bin. B1N often answers "sausage" to almost any question!
- Callista Croak - She is a frog who loves to keep fit and is always jumping around.
