Canyon is a small place in Minnesota, United States. It is known as an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that isn't officially a city or town with its own local government. Instead, it's part of a larger area called Northland Township in Saint Louis County.
Where is Canyon Located?
Canyon is found in the state of Minnesota. It is about 27 miles north of a bigger city called Duluth. You can find Canyon right where U.S. Highway 53 and Harris Road (which is also County Road 737) meet. This community is located along U.S. Highway 53, which connects Duluth and another city named Virginia. A small stream called Hellwig Creek also flows through the community.
A Look at Canyon's Past
