Carrouge was a small town, also known as a municipality, located in Switzerland. It was part of the canton of Vaud and the Broye-Vully district.
What Happened to Carrouge?
Carrouge is no longer a separate town on its own. On July 1, 2016, it joined with two other nearby towns. These were Ferlens and Mézières.
Together, these three towns formed a new, bigger municipality. This new municipality is called Jorat-Mézières. So, Carrouge is now part of this larger community.

Carrouge is located in the Vaud canton of Switzerland. This area is known for speaking French. The town is situated in the western part of the country.
