Centerville is found in the south-central part of Klickitat County. It is about 4 miles (6.4 km) west of U.S. Route 97. The community is also about 8 miles (13 km) southwest of Goldendale. It is 11 miles (18 km) northwest of the Columbia River near Maryhill.
