Cotton is a small community in Minnesota, United States. It's not an official city, but a quiet place where people live. Cotton is located in Saint Louis County, within Cotton Township.
You can find Cotton about 36 miles (58 km) north of Duluth. It sits right where U.S. Highway 53 meets Saint Louis County Road 52. Cotton is also about 27 miles south of the city of Virginia. Many people consider Cotton to be the halfway point between Duluth and Virginia. The Whiteface River flows right through this community.
