Coy is a small town in Lonoke County, Arkansas, United States. It is located in the southern part of the county. In 2020, 87 people lived there.
Coy is known for being one of the smallest towns in Arkansas. It is also the smallest town in the Little Rock metropolitan area.
Where is Coy?
Coy is located in southern Lonoke County. A major road, U.S. Route 165, goes through the northern side of the town. This road connects Coy to Humnoke, which is about 6 miles (10 km) to the east. It also leads to England, about 5 miles (8 km) to the west.
Another road, Arkansas Highway 31, passes right through the center of Coy. This highway goes north for about 19 miles (31 km) to Lonoke. Lonoke is the main city and county seat for the county. To the south, Highway 31 goes about 15 miles (24 km) to Sherrill.
The town of Coy covers a total area of about 0.67 square miles (1.7 square kilometers). All of this area is land, meaning there are no lakes or large rivers within the town limits.
